Earlier this month Michael Bublé and his wife Luisiana announced they would be canceling all their work commitments to take care of their three-year-old son, Noah, who has recently been diagnosed with liver cancer, the type of which has yet to be announced. Another celebrity, Shannen Doherty has reached out to the family to offer her sympathy and also some words of advice.

Doherty is best-known for her role as Brenda Walsh in the hit TV series Beverly Hills 90210, but has recently been in the spotlight because of her current battle with breast cancer. In the video from Entertainment Tonight, Shannen shares heartfelt advice for Michael and Luisiana, as she asks them to have strength, courage and faith in the medical teams who will be treating their young son.
