Miley Cyrus and her boyfriend Liam Hemsworth made one little girl’s day (or maybe year) when they popped in to visit her while she was undergoing treatment at the Rady Children’s hospital in San Diego. Luckily, the little girl’s dad, Todd Davidson, was around to catch it all on video.

Eight-year-old Julie Davidson was in the hospital receiving in-patient treatment for neuroblastoma — a rare childhood cancer — when the famous duo dropped by. Julie reduced the “Wrecking Ball” singer to tears when she sang “The Rainbow Connection” for the couple.
