According to people.com, representatives for Michael Bublé have published a press release that says the singer’s three-year-old son, Noah, is responding to treatment for cancer and that he’s progressing well.

Noah Bublé was first diagnosed with liver cancer in November and underwent chemotherapy treatment. Parents Michael Bublé and Argentinian actress Luisana Lopilato were understandably devastated by the news and canceled all their work commitments so they could concentrate on their son’s treatment.

The latest news about their son’s treatment was also posted on Bublé’s Facebook page and shares that doctors are now very optimistic about Noah’s recovery.
