Back in 2015, findings from a study showed that doing intense physical activity throughout one’s lifetime could lower the risk of non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL).

In this Lymphoma Association video, watch Andy McNeil talk about the importance of exercise if you suffer from lymphoma at the Lymphoma Association conference 2015.

“Try and stay active. Give yourself other things to focus on. It’s not going out and running a 10k, but try to get for a walk.”
