Hodgkin’s Lymphoma Stories: Christy

In this personal vlog from Kill it With Kindness, 33-year-old Christy talks about her journey with Hodgkin’s lymphoma. Christy was diagnosed in August 2016, after feeling under the weather for a long time and discovering lumps in her neck. She explains she felt she needed to tell everyone about her diagnosis and to try and normalize the situation as best she could.

More patients talk about what it’s really like to go through cancer.

She shares how having a positive attitude towards her lymphoma and the treatment has really helped pull her through the darkest moments. Christy has just finished a round of chemotherapy and is feeling very weak, but she wanted to connect with other young cancer patients by sharing her story.

Find out about the importance of self-care when you’re battling cancer.
