Last Week’s Hot Topic on Lymphoma

Last week’s hot topic on Lymphoma was about the Oncologist Reports ‘Dramatic’ Anti-Cancer Effect Seen in New T-cell Therapy written by Margarida Azevedo.

The article is centered around the recently presented “dramatic” results from an adoptive T-cell strategy to fight cancer at the annual meeting of the American Association for the Advancement of Science in Washington, D.C.

Thanks to the work of Dr. Stanley Riddell, an oncologist and immunotherapy researcher at the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center in Seattle, the researchers can now better continue to work on a new generation of T-cells that aim to be safer, easier to design, and with application in a broader range of cancer types.
